We manage the entire spectrum of solid waste, from collection and transportation hauling to transfer stations, all the way to landfill disposal facilities. Our subsidiaries, namely SWM Environment Sdn. Bhd. ("SWM") and UER Resources Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Universal Environmental Resources Sdn. Bhd.) provide services encompassing waste collection, public cleansing, and comprehensive upstream-downstream waste treatment and disposal solutions.
Our companies
SWM Environment Sdn. Bhd. is Malaysia's leading concessionaire and oversees downstream waste management services, encompassing solid waste collection, the transfer of waste for treatment, recovery, recycling, transfer station, disposal facility, sanitary landfill, and waste-to-energy system. Since 1997, we have partnered and work closely with municipal authorities to drive sustainability in Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan; committed to a cleaner, greener and sustainable future.
UER Resources Sdn. Bhd. deals in the same scope of service as SWM, supporting most of the municipal authorities and handles Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional ("ICI") solid waste for the private sector in southern Peninsular Malaysia.
Ecoleaf specialises in recovery of materials for recycling. As a substantial member of our group, these divisions cover the full gamut of services within the sector:

- Management and operation of disposal sites, including sanitary landfills
- Transfer stations
- Wastewater treatment plants
- Materials recovery facilities for recycling

Hospital support services
Our investee company, Medivest Sdn. Bhd. provides government hospitals with support services in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia. These services include collection, treatment, disposal of medical and clinical waste, facilities management and maintenance, biomedical facilities engineering, cleaning, and linen and laundry services.
SWM Environment
SWM Environment Sdn. Bhd. is an established waste management company that provides integrated waste management and public cleansing services, in line with the national privatisation of solid waste management following the enforcement of the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act (Act 672) on 1st September 2011.
SWM Environment has been appointed by the Government of Malaysia as one of the concessionaires to provide the solid waste management and public cleansing services in Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan.
UER Resources
UER Resources Sdn. Bhd. is the leading solid waste management solution provider that supports most of the local authorities and also handles Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional ("ICI") solid waste for the private sector in southern Peninsular Malaysia.
