Our Boutique Property Development Arm

Established in 2008, Bellworth is a boutique private property arm of our group, known for creating upscale properties in prime locations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and value. Notable projects include the award-winning Menara LGB, The Greens Residences in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur, Factory 19, and the redevelopment of an 8.77-acre commercial site in Section 19, Petaling Jaya, formerly occupied by British American Tobacco (BAT).

  • Menara LGB - A 31-storey Grade A office tower located in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (TTDI), within a vibrant commercial hub surrounded by F&B outlets, schools, medical facilities, retail, and entertainment. Menara LGB has received multiple recognitions including the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award (Office Category), MSC Malaysia Cybercentre status, BCA Green Mark Gold Accreditation (Singapore), and Malaysia’s Green Building Index (GBI) Certification.

Expanding Into Japan & Singapore

Since 2016, we have expanded into Japan, initially focusing on office and retail sectors before diversifying into hotels, resorts, residential and serviced residences.

In Singapore, we entered the coworking space industry, further strengthening our regional presence and expertise.

International Expertise

With a multi-billion Ringgit property portfolio that spans across Malaysia, Japan, and London, Bellworth’s international ventures began with Lancer Square in Kensington, London.

This mixed-use development features luxury residences, a Grade A office block, and retail units. Distinguished tenants include LVMH Beauty’s UK Headquarters, Bayley & Sage, Dubai Hub, and Krokodilos – a new Greek restaurant from the team behind Wild Tavern, Goodman, and Belvedere.

In 2018, our property arm also embarked on Quentin Square, a high-end mixed-use development in Claremont, Perth, Western Australia. Soon to commence construction and open for sales, it promises to set a new benchmark for refined living.

Our property development and investment arm

Locally, we hold a substantial stake in Parkwood Holdings Berhad (“Parkwood”), listed on Bursa Malaysia. Parkwood continues to expand in property development and investment, with projects including:

  • Utamara Boutique Residences, Bandar Utama – A completed low-density residential project.
  • Mixed-use development near Damansara Damai MRT Station – Upcoming project in a strategic transit hub.
  • Residential development in Rawang – Strengthening our footprint in suburban markets.

Our Coworking Space

As coworking gained momentum, we seized the opportunity to establish our own space in Singapore.

Launched in early 2019, The General Room is a boutique coworking office located on Orchard Road, Singapore’s main shopping street. It offers flexible hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting rooms designed to meet a variety of business needs at competitive prices.

What sets The General Room apart is its stylish, modern design paired with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Today, it is home to nearly 70 companies from diverse sectors including family offices, finance, investment, consultancy, and IT.
