Bhd. ("SWM") is an integrated solid waste management and public cleansing service provider for municipal authorities, commercial and industrial sectors in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia since 1997.

SWM Enviro Sdn. Bhd. ("SWM Enviro") manages downstream waste disposal facilities which include solids waste containerisation and collection, transfer of waste to treatment, recovery, recycling, disposal and waste-to-energy systems. UER Resources Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Universal Environmental Resources Sdn. Bhd.) deals in the same scope of service as SWM but collects waste from the private sector. Ecoleaf specialises in recovery of materials for recycling. As a substantial member of LGB Group, these divisions cover the full gamut of services within the sector. The Tianjin Panlou Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station in Tianjin, Tianjin-SWM (M) Environment Ltd. Co. collects not less than 800 tonnes of solid waste per day within the city and transports them to this transfer station for compaction and delivery to ultimate landfills and incineration plants for disposal.

LGB Group's investee company, Medivest Sdn. Bhd. provides government hospitals support services in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia. These services include collection, treatment and disposal of medical and clinical waste, Medivest Sdn. Bhd. facilities and biomedical engineering, cleaning, linen and laundry.
